Company Info & Ticker Mapping® (CITM)

  • A historical record of all symbol events in U.S. equity markets, including listings, symbol changes, company name changes, exchange hops, etc.
  • Used to build time series and map for symbol events and corporate actions without TickWrite®.
  • Also used with TickWrite® to reduce/eliminate survivorship bias in symbol universes.
  • Can be used with As-Traded “Deep History” data to manually map for symbol events.
  • Available whether or not historical equity data is licensed from Tick Data.
