Matt Basio joined Tick Data in 2017 with over 16 years of experience in software development, technical support, and customer service. As the manager of Client Services, Mr. Basio is Tick Data’s primary support contact, responsible for upholding Tick Data’s industry-leading standard of customer service. Previously, Mr. Basio worked at several technology and financial services firms in numerous customer-facing roles. At Visual Mining and Tervela, he provided support to numerous Fortune 500 companies, top educational institutions, and government agencies. He has also wrote technical documents, built pre-sales proof-of-concepts, and managed product QA testing, gaining significant experience documenting bugs and feature changes.
